In 1979 Gilles Villeneuve left the Formula 1 history books with more highlights than many drivers leave over an entire career. The diminutive Canadian had other worldly car control that simply left his peers in awe. This of course was also backed up by scintillating speed, bravery and that famous never say die attitude.
To this day many people within Formula 1 still recall Gilles as having the most natural talent and speed of any driver, in any generation.
