Both Group C monsters reaching nearly 250mph as they slipstream one another as the early morning sun rises. The 1988 Le Mans will always be remembered as a real classic and truly unforgettable for anybody who was there. The mighty cars battled flat out for 24 hours with the Jaguar eventually holding on to claim the companies first Le Mans victory in 31 years.
